Job summary

Florida Polytechnic University seeks a Disability Services Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of disability services for students from enrollment to graduation. You will oversee the accommodation process, implement adaptive technologies, and collaborate with faculty and housing staff to ensure accessible services.

The role requires a Master’s in Education, Psychology, or related field, plus experience in higher education and case management.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field required.
• 3 years’ experience in higher education required; in lieu of degree, related education/experience considered.
• Demonstrated case management experience; familiarity with disability services essential.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and interprets documentation and accommodation requests for students with disabilities.
• Participates in interactive process to review accommodation requests; grants and monitors accommodations.
• Manages housing accommodation requests and testing services.
• Liaises with faculty, staff, and housing personnel on disability services matters.
• Develops campus-wide awareness of disability, accommodations, and accessibility topics.
• Represents the office in trainings, presentations, and university events.
