Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Missouri seeks a Student Analyst (PLBA) to gain hands-on clinical training in ABA therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification.
• RBT certification within 75 days of hire.
• Experience with ABA therapy for children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans (BSPs) and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies and data collection to inform treatment decisions.
• Review and monitor weekly treatment hours to ensure therapy delivery meets expectations.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and caregivers to support effective service delivery.
