Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is growing and seeks passionate individuals for a Student Analyst role, offering hands‑on clinical training and supervision toward BCBA certification. If enrolled in a BACB‑approved program, you’ll gain mentorship through our BCBA Rise pathway and contribute to meaningful clinical training.

You will deliver ABA therapy across clinic, home, and school settings, collect data, and collaborate with the team to support effective service delivery while working toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BCBA/BCaBA program working toward BACB certification.
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions and monitor weekly treatment hours.
• Contribute to client-specific treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and caregivers to support service delivery.
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and data-driven recommendations.
