Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Student Analyst to gain hands-on clinical training in ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, contribute to treatment plans, and support assessments and program development while pursuing BACB certification. This role offers mentorship and a clear development path within a growing ABA program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BACB‑approved BCBA/BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification.
• 1,001 to 2,000 accrued supervision hours by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs under supervision.
• Collect accurate, timely data during therapy sessions and review weekly treatment hours.
• Contribute to client-specific treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisory teammates, and caregivers to support service delivery.
• Develop programs and materials and implement procedural adjustments as directed.
• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and inform future goals.
