Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Student Analyst to gain hands-on ABA therapy experience while working toward BACB certification. This role offers mentorship, clinical training, and growth within our BCBA Rise program across clinic, home, and school settings.

The position emphasizes hands-on data collection, analysis of behavior, and collaboration with care teams to support meaningful outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification.
• Experience with ABA-based interventions and providing therapy under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, timely data during therapy sessions and monitor treatment hours to meet expectations.
