Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent directly related to the work statement.
• Experience leading teams or managing projects in technical environments.
• Experience presenting to technical, management and executive level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Structures Test & Materials Verification.
• Develop and execute project and process plans, policies and procedures with measurable goals.
• Acquire resources, manage suppliers, and lead process improvements.
• Oversee capital investment projects and long-range planning for the lab.
• Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
• Provide technical oversight and approve approaches, products and processes.
• Coach and develop employees, identify growth opportunities and assign roles.
