Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Experience in a leadership role or Boeing leadership training completed or equivalent.
• Experience presenting to technical, management and executive audiences.
• Experience in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Structures Test & Materials Verification.
• Develop and execute project and process plans, policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
• Acquire resources, oversee suppliers, and lead process improvements.
• Manage capital investments and long-range planning for the lab.
• Foster relationships with customers, stakeholders, and direct reports; provide oversight of technical approaches.
