Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an investment banking middle office.
• Series 7 and NFA Long Track Proficiency required.
• Knowledge of US/APAC equity derivatives and controls is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate trade capture and client confirmations.
• Reconcile breaks between front-end systems and back-end data; resolve discrepancies with trading desk, clients, brokers, and settlement.
• Perform trade reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Conduct regulatory reporting as necessary.
• Collaborate with front office and IT to enhance system functioning; report performance and issues to management.
