Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Salesperson, Structuring Associate/VP or related role engaging with institutional clients.
• Design and optimize pricing models and payoff structures for structured products linked to volatility-controlled and decrement indices.
• Knowledge of SEC/Reg S requirements and other regulatory frameworks globally.
• Experience performing financial and statistical analysis on back-tested index data.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to market structured notes, warrants, and OTC options.
• Articulate quantitative financial concepts to build client relationships and generate new business.
• Design and optimize pricing models and payoff structures for index-linked products.
• Collaborate with Structuring, Trading, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Create pitch decks and marketing materials highlighting index-linked products.
• Systematically transfer knowledge across sales teams globally.
