Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of structuring experience within a financial institution
• Deep knowledge of complex derivative products, including features, risk characteristics, pricing mechanics, and client applications
• Quantitative and analytical capability to model payoffs, run risk scenarios, and draw actionable conclusions from data
• Ability to translate client needs into structured financial solutions across sales, trading, and control functions
• Strong written and verbal communication to present ideas credibly to clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Structure and price interest rate derivative solutions for institutional clients, balancing client objectives against market risk and counterparty credit risk.
• Identify commercial opportunities and develop new trade ideas with sales and trading.
• Model payoff structures and conduct risk and P&L analysis for new products.
• Build back-tests and quantitative analyses to support client pitches and decisions.
• Lead client-facing presentations and meetings with institutional teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Finance, and Audit to maintain governance.
• Assess risk-reward profiles with integrity and Citi's reputation in mind.
