Job summary

Citi in New York seeks a seasoned Structurer to price and develop innovative financial products for investors. Lead payoff risk and P&L scenarios pre- and post-trade, with customized back tests and client portfolio analysis.

You will work with institutional sales and cross-functional teams, ensuring governance through Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit and Finance, while upholding Citi's Code of Conduct and supervisory plans.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of structuring experience in a financial institution.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, developing innovative financial products for investors.
• Payoff risk and P&L impact pre-trade and post-trade analysis.
• Customized back tests and client portfolio analysis.
• Support pre-trade and post-sales efforts with institutional sales.
• Develop new products and payoffs.
• Prepare marketing presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure governance.
• Uphold Citi's Code of Conduct and supervisory plans.
• Obtain registrations/licenses required for the role.
• Assess risk and protect firm's reputation; escalate issues.
