Job summary

You will provide structuring and analytical support for ABS and bank-funded securitizations, and assist with client presentations focused on asset analysis and transaction optimization. Expect to build models, explain outputs to clients and collaborate with relationship teams to deliver innovative financing solutions.

Qualifications

• ABS structuring experience of 3+ years with a top-tier bank or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Intex, CAS, VBA, and Bloomberg systems.
• Able to synthesize large datasets and build transaction models.

Responsibilities

• Perform structuring and analytical work for public and private securitizations.
• Create and explain transaction models and cash flow analyses to clients.
• Support lead roles with collateral analysis and break-even assessments.
