Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and show written prep evidence.
• Adapt instruction for individual student differences and IEP accommodations.
• Present material per TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Plan activities and use materials/tech to meet diverse student needs.
• Assess learning styles and use results to guide instruction.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Set instructional goals with staff and participate in planning.
• Supervise teacher aides/volunteers and integrate technology into learning.
