Job summary

Dulce Independent School District is seeking a DES Structured Literacy Coach to support school sites in implementing structured literacy and evidence-based literacy practices. The role involves coaching teachers, interventionists, and administrators, delivering professional learning, and aligning with CLSD/NMPED guidelines.

Assignments are in person across the district. The position requires a Master’s in literacy education, 5+ years K-12 experience, and NM teaching licensure, with LETRS/AIM

Qualifications

Master’s degree in education with a focus on literacy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in K-12 education.
NM Level 2 or 3 teaching license.
Reading Endorsement preferred.
LETRS training and/or AIM Pathways training preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional development in structured literacy strategies and HQIM implementation.
Support up to 25 teachers annually within the district.
Conduct coaching cycles and data-informed instruction planning.
Assist in data collection and analysis to inform instruction.
