Job summary

Alfa Laval in Oklahoma is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate daily work, monitor performance, and drive improvements within a manufacturing cell in Broken Arrow, OK. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on problem solving as part of a dedicated team.

You will work with welders, operators and support functions to maintain smooth production, train and coach team members, and implement SOPs and continuous improvement ideas on a daily basis.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred with relevant experience.
1 year of experience from Alfa Laval production/manufacturing/distribution.
Training skills and office computer literacy.
Good knowledge of SOPs and processes within the team.
Reading blueprints and basic math including tape measures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the daily work of the team/shift.
Monitor processes and performance within the team/shift.
Be a link between the team, support functions and TM.
Develop knowledge of key processes and tools within the cell.
Drive meetings and daily work planning for the cell.
Support team members with problem solving when needed.
