Job summary

Alfa Laval seeks a Team Lead in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to coordinate daily team activities and monitor performance. The role focuses on containment and corrective actions during the shift, with the Team Leader not acting as a manager.

You will train, coach and support team members, maintain SOP adherence, and drive waste elimination while ensuring safety and compliance in a high-intensity manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• Experience in Alfa Laval production/manufacturing/distribution preferred.
• Strong training, SOP knowledge and process understanding.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the daily work of the team/shift.
• Monitor processes and performance within the cell.
• Link between the team, support functions, and TM.
• Develop knowledge of key processes and tools in the cell.
• Lead audits, training, and problem solving to close gaps.
