Alfa Laval is seeking a Structure Welder Team Lead for the 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK. The role coordinates the daily work of the welding cell, ensures quality and safety, and drives continuous improvements.
Prior experience with MIG and oxyacetylene welding, blueprint reading, and crane/ forklift operations is required. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership rather than formal management, with a focus on containment, corrective actions, and training within the cell.

As a Team Lead, you will coordinate and support the daily work. Overview of the order/task situation, focusing on containment and corrective actions during order/task execution time frame. Team Leader is not a manager.
This position is in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
