Job summary

Qualifications

• AAS in Structure Fire degree or higher or degree in a closely related discipline.
• Experience in the field of Structure Fire.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with email, internet, word processing, and presentation applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in Structure Fire related courses in classroom, lab, field, remote, or online delivery.
• Instructor to direct discussions, guide progress, and evaluate performance.
• Teach across COCC campuses using Zoom or LMS where applicable.
• Maintain one office hour per course per week.
• Assist students with career planning and follow-up studies.
• Collaborate with department to revise curricula and seek program funds.
