Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, LLC in Rural Hall, NC, is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our fabrication shop. You will weld structural steel using MIG (GMAW) processes and work both independently and in teams with minimal supervision.

The role requires reading weld symbols, understanding testing requirements, and adhering to safety procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass 3G/4G tests, and lift up to 50 lbs; English or Spanish proficiency is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or related experience as a certified structural steel welder as determined by the plant manager
• Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required
• Ability to pass a 3G and 4G weld test using GMAW process on 3/8 material
• Good verbal communication skills with other employees
• Positive attitude and willingness to continuous improvement

Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is looking for experienced MIG Welders to join our fabrication shop in Rural Hall, North Carolina. In this role you will work both independently and on a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel members using (MIG) wirefeed processes
• Weld in 3G and 4G positions according to safety-oriented procedures
• Read welding symbols and understand testing requirements
• Follow proper safety instructions
• Work in a team environment
• Perform other duties as needed by supervision

Education Requirements
