Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced MIG Structural Welder for our fabrication shop in Rural Hall, North Carolina. You will weld structural steel using MIG processes and work both independently and with a team to meet safety and quality standards.

You will read welding symbols, follow procedures, and perform 3G and 4G weld tests while maintaining a strong safety mindset in a loud industrial setting. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, or related welding experience.
• Ability to pass 3G and 4G MIG weld tests on 3/8" material.
• Must read welding symbols and blueprints.
• English or Spanish proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel members using MIG wirefeed processes.
• Weld in 3G and 4G positions according to procedures.
• Read welding symbols and understand testing requirements.
• Follow proper safety instructions and work in a team environment.
• Perform other duties as needed by supervision.
