Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Structural Welder to fabricate components for refrigeration systems, including skid frames and condensers. You will report to shop leadership and have a stable 40–50 hour week with potential for advancement.

The role requires welding school completion or equivalent, ability to pass a 3G Stick Weld test, and capability to work in a hot/cold shop with PPE. Pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Welding school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a 3G Stick Weld test (¼” plate, 37.5° bevel).

Responsibilities

• Weld structural components (skid frames, frames, condensers).
• Weld other components for compressors, vessels, evaporators, etc.
• Work with shop foremen and VP of Manufacturing.
• Assist insulation, electrical and painting tasks as needed.
