Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Structural Welders (Pulse Arc) for a long-term contract based in Marinette, WI. You will perform multi-pass fillet and butt welds on large naval vessels, using Pulse Arc (GMAW-P) along with MIG, Flux-Core and SMAW techniques.

Travel to project sites in Newport News, VA and Charleston, SC is offered, with weekly pay and full benefits. Relevant shipyard welding experience and strict adherence to MIL-STD-248D weld testing are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pulse Arc welding (GMAW-P) is required.
• Ability to perform multi-pass fillet and butt welds in all positions.
• Shipyard welding experience preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
