Page Mechanical Group, Inc. in Abbeville, LA is seeking EXPERIENCED Structural Welders to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will reliably produce high-quality welds, interpret blueprints and welding symbols, and work with FCAW on carbon, alloy, and stainless steel.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of fabrication experience and be able to read drawings, follow WPS, and meet safety standards. Subsea equipment experience is a plus; weekly pay and DOE rate offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of fabrication experience.
• Experience with FCAW procedures, including 6GR.
• Subsea equipment experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of structural fabrication and welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Verify welding processes and procedures for each project.
• Assist with fit-up and inspect weld passes to meet specs.
• Interpret drawings and welding symbols and apply WPS requirements.
• Select welding wire and adjust machines per job specs.
• Maintain and clean welding equipment at shift start.
• Ensure welds meet strength and appearance standards.
