Job summary

Acadian Contractors, Inc. in Abbeville, LA is seeking experienced Pipe Welders for structural fabrication and TIG/FCAW welding.

The role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in fabrication, subsea welding experience, and proficiency with stainless and Inconel welding, plus the ability to inspect and maintain welding equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in fabrication.
• Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding procedures.
• Proficient in Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) procedures.
• Experience welding subsea equipment.
• Ability to learn and perform stainless and Inconel welding.
• Ability to verify welding process/procedure for each project.
• Ability to inspect and maintain welding equipment.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.
