• Monitor team performance and safety compliance to timelines.

• Conduct pre-job briefings and safety meetings; enforce policies.
• Inspect welds for specifications and quality; maintain logs and reports.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior welders.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
