Job summary

Trillium Construction is hiring Structural Welders/Fabricators for a production shop in Oxford, AL. Candidates will flux-core weld with gas shielding using 1/16” wire and work on 2G, 3G, and 4G joints.

Responsibilities include back gouging with a carbon arc gouger, grinding and fabricating to spec, and reading blueprints. Assignment lasts 6 weeks or longer, 2nd shift 3:00pm–3:00am with 60+ hrs/week. Per diem is $100/day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Flux Core Gas Shielded welding.
• 1” FCAW cert D1.1 preferred.
• Must know how to run a Carbon Arc Gouger.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Trillium Construction is now hiring Structural Welders/Fabricators for a production shop in Oxford, AL.

Candidates will be required to Flux core Gas Shielded with 1/16” wire. 2g, 3g, and 4g welding heavy T and K joints. There will be lot of back gouging, so must know how to run a carbon arc gouger. as well. grind and fabricate to meet specifications. Must know how to read blueprints.

This job lasts 6 weeks or longer depending on workload.Currently only hiring for 2nd shift is 3:00pm -3 am Monday - Friday Saturday 3pm 11pm working 60+ hrs. a week.Pay is $32 an hr depending on experience. Per diem is $100 a day 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• -3+ years of Experience in Flux Core GAS Shielded,
• -1” FCAW cert D1.1 preferred
• - Must know how to run a Carbon Arc Gouger
• -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
