Job summary

Trillium Construction in Alma, MI is hiring Structural Welders to work on NAVSEA and defense contract projects. The position involves pulse MIG and flux-core welding with tests on site (2G FCAW and 2G GMAW) on 1 inch plate with backing.

Project duration is 8+ months with additional work anticipated. Pay is $32/hr (days) or $34/hr (nights), plus a $130 per diem every 7 days. Schedule is 58+ hours/week, with options for weekend work and on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in structural welding.
• Pass pre-employment screenings.
• Valid DL and reliable transportation.
• Tools of the trade and PPE required.

Schedule: 58+ hrs week, Mon-Fri with option to work Sat or Sun
