Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking Structural Welders for a shop in Lakeland, FL, starting Monday, August 10th. The assignment runs 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 50 hours per week.

Pay ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience. Welders will perform GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core) welding on structural carbon steel parts, including brackets and fabricated assemblies.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural welding in a shop environment is required.
• Must pass pre-employment weld test on 3/8-inch carbon steel plate using MIG and Flux Core.
• Must provide own basic hand tools, wear PPE, welding hood.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural carbon steel components (brackets and assemblies) using MIG and Flux Core.
• Perform cutting, measuring, and fitting as part of fabrication.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards during the project.

Trillium Construction is now hiring Structural Welders for a shop located in Lakeland, FL, with a start date of Monday, August 10th.

This is a 4-week assignment working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (50 hours per week). Welders will be performing GMAW (MIG) and FCAW (Flux Core) welding on structural carbon steel components, including brackets and other fabricated assemblies. Pay ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Candidates with experience cutting, measuring, and fitting are preferred, and previous structural welding experience in a shop environment is required.
• Qualified applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment weld test on 3/8-inch carbon steel plate using both MIG and Flux Core processes.
• Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools, wear standard PPE, and welding hood.
• All applicants must successfully complete the required pre-employment screenings before starting.
