Encore Oilfield Services, LLC seeks a skilled Structural Welder in Millsap, Texas. You will perform safe, high‑quality welds on structural steel for natural gas compression equipment, read fabrication drawings, and ensure craftsmanship and safety in a fast‑paced shop.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of structural welding experience, can read blueprints, and can pass a 3G/4G welding test. A strong emphasis on safety and productivity is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of structural welding or related fabrication experience.
• Ability to tack weld and operate grinders safely.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with various structural steel materials.
• Capable of passing a 3G/4G welding test.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high‑quality welds on structural steel components.
• Weld brackets, braces, assemblies, couplings, and nozzles per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld specs.
• Position materials with jigs and fixtures; use measuring tools.
• Operate cranes, rigging, and pneumatic hand tools safely.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance; maintain clean work area.
