Job summary

Priority StaffCorp is hiring Fabrication Welders for Oil & Gas Manufacturing. You will join a fast-paced shop producing custom equipment and structural components.

If you have at least 1 year of welding experience, can read fabrication drawings, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities include fabricating and welding structural steel for industrial equipment, interpreting blueprints and weld symbols, completing welds to project specs, grinding and finishing, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of structural welding experience.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment.
• Good measuring and layout skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld structural steel components for industrial equipment.
• Work on skids, platforms, supports, equipment bases and other custom assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols and fabrication drawings.
• Complete welds according to project specifications and quality requirements.
• Grind, clean, fit and prepare materials before and after welding.
• Use grinders, torches, measuring equipment and other shop tools.
• Work alongside fabricators and welders to meet production deadlines.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and weld quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
