Job summary

Priority StaffCorp seeks an entry-level Structural Welder for a busy fabrication shop serving the oil & gas industry. This role focuses on MIG welding of structural steel components and assisting with fabricating skids, platforms, and bases to support heavy equipment.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of welding experience, basic MIG skills, and a willingness to learn. You’ll follow blueprints, work with grinders and measuring tools, and contribute to a safe, organized shop environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of welding experience preferred.
• Basic MIG welding experience required.
• Some experience with structural steel or fabrication preferred.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and weld symbols.
• Comfortable using grinders, tape measures and hand tools.
• Willingness to learn and improve welding skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
