Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience, structural welding preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and technical instructions.
• Familiarity with MIG and TIG welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, specs, and blueprints.
• Set up and operate MIG and/or TIG welding equipment.
• Weld structural components with high craftsmanship and finish parts using grinders.
• Inspect welds for quality and tolerances, troubleshoot as needed.
• Follow safety and quality standards and maintain organized workspace.
