Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a Production Welder 1 to perform structural steel welding per approved procedures and drawings. You will produce consistent, high‑quality welds while maintaining safety, productivity, and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Read basic fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
• Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Complete fit-up verification prior to welding.
• Perform basic equipment setup and maintenance.
• Maintain production quality and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, FCAW, SMAW welding on structural steel components.
• Read and interpret basic fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
