Weldall Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on welding various structural projects, reading blueprints and welding symbols, and adhering to established procedures for quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has experience with Flux Core, Metal Core, GMAW, and Sub Arc, plus a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer a family-owned environment with strong internal training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• AWS D1.1 welding standards knowledge.
• Ability to weld material 1/2-inch thickness or greater.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to ensure conformance.
• Experience with Flux Core, Metal Core, GMAW, Sub Arc welding processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations safely and efficiently per established procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions to meet specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment including wire feed speed and voltage.
• Inspect welds and parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Identify and report nonconforming work or production concerns to supervision.
• Maintain welding equipment and workspace in a clean, safe condition.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
