Qualifications

• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and look ahead.
• Perform maintenance on equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Operates welding equipment to weld structural beams using GMAW/SAW processes.
• Reads blueprints and welding procedures to set up joints.
• Clamp, tack-weld, and grind components to required configurations.
• Inspect for defects and verify conformance with specs.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and safe practices.
• Use hand and power tools relevant to welding tasks.
