Structural Welder/Fitter
Schedule: Start on 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) with potential transition to 2nd Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Pay Range: $25+

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder/Fitter with a valid D1.8 certification to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural welding, excellent blueprint reading skills, and the flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural welding and fitting in accordance with D1.8 standards.
• Read and interpret structural blueprints with accuracy.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety specifications.
• Start on 1st shift and be open to transitioning to 2nd shift as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• D1.8 welding certification is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in structural welding/fitting.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Flexibility with shift changes based on production needs.
