Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking Structural Welders for an industrial project in Baytown, TX. The role involves 7018 stick welding, silo erection, rigging, bolt-up work and welding stairs, handrails, and platforms in the field.

Job description

Trillium Construction is now seeking Structural Welders for an industrial project in Baytown, TX, starting ASAP!

Structural Welders will be performing 7018 stick welding, silo erection, rigging, bolt-up work, and the installation and welding of stairs, handrails, and platforms. Candidates must be experienced in reading blueprints and fabrication drawings, measuring, cutting, fitting, and modifying structural steel in the field as needed. Candidates must also be comfortable working at heights and performing general industrial structural welding work.

The project is expected to run through the end of December, with a schedule of Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays, working approximately 50–60 hours per week. Pay will range from $30–$34 per hour, depending on experience.

• Candidates must have at least 4–5 years of industrial welding experience to be considered.
• Structural Welders must provide their own basic hand tools and wear standard PPE, including a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility clothing, long pants, long sleeves, a harness, and a welding hood.
• All candidates must pass pre-employment screenings.
