Job summary

Trillium Staffing seeks Structural Welders for an industrial project in Dalton, GA. Work involves SMAW welding on 3/8” carbon steel plate, fabricating and installing structural components with 6010 root and 7018 cap. Schedule is 13 days on/1 day off, 7 AM–6 PM; pay rate $34/hr plus $130/day per diem.

Immediate start through year end. Weld test required (Fri, Oct 2, 2026 through year end). OSHA 10 and Fall protection are mandatory; candidates must pass pre-employment screening and bring hood,

Qualifications

• Proficient SMAW (Stick) welder.
• 3G plate experience; must pass qual test on 3/8” plate.
• Industrial structural/plate welding background with carbon steel.
• Current welding certs preferred; uncertified candidates will test in-house.
• Own hood, leathers, FR clothing, and tools of the trade.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening and site safety training.
• MUST have OSHA 10 & Fall protection.
• MUST have a safety harness.

Schedule: 13 days on / 1 day off, 12-hour shifts (7 AM-6 PM).Pay rate is $34/hr+ $130/day per diem. Work will start ASAP!Must be able to weld test Fri, October 2, 2026 through the end of the year.

• Weld carbon steel panels and structural supports in an industrial facility. SMAW (Stick) welding on 3/8” structural plate -6010 root, 7018 cap. Includes fabrication and installation of structural components as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficient SMAW (Stick) welder
• 3Gplate experience -must pass qual test on 3/8” plate
• Industrial structural/plate welding background with carbon steel
• Current welding certs preferred; uncertified candidates willtest in-house
• Own hood, leathers, FR clothing, and tools of the trade
• Able to pass pre-employment screening and site safety training (Drug screen, badging, background check)
• MUSThave OSHA 10 & Fall protection
• MUST have a safety harness
