Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on Welder/Fitter Foreman to oversee welders, fitters, and fabricators in a structural steel environment. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery of custom crane components.

The role requires leadership in fabrication, blueprint reading, and welding processes, with excellent communication and team supervision abilities. Schedule is 6 am–4:30 pm/5 pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays; pay range is $30–$40/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of management/leadership experience in fabrication or heavy manufacturing.
• 15+ years as lead welder/fitter or similar fabrication role.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.

Pay range is$30-$40/hr. DOE. Schedule is 6 am-4:30/5pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

We’re seeking a hands-on Welder/Fitter Foreman to oversee welders, fitters, and fabricators in a structural steel manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery of custom-engineered crane components.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of management/leadership experience in fabrication, welding, structural steel, or heavy manufacturing


• 15+ years as an experiencedLead Welder, Lead Fitter, Fabrication Lead, Structural Steel Lead, or similar fabrication role


• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols


• Strong knowledge of welding and structural fabrication processes


• Excellent communication and team leadership skills


• AWS standards experience preferred
