Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of structural welding experience and the ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Candidates should have basic math skills and be detail oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment.
• AwS certification is a plus and preferred for welding roles.
• Must be able to operate measuring tools and inspect welds throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Select, measure, cut, and join metals to specifications per blueprints.
• Prepare metal surfaces and ensure safe, efficient welding assembly.
• Interpret specifications and inspect weld strength during and after production.
• Maintain equipment, perform safety procedures, and document quality issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to support design and production needs.
• Follow SOPs, JSAs, and manufacturing policies, upholding quality standards.
