Structural Technician

Location: Central Birmingham

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The role will comprise providing technical support to our structural team. The candidate will have experience in detailing in structural steelwork, concrete, and masonry.

Person Specification

Knowledge:

• Fully competent in AutoCAD.
• Revit Structural modelling experience is essential.
• Good technical competence and understanding of building structures and structural/civil engineering.
• Experience using Revit on live projects.
• Background in residential, commercial, and industrial projects is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven ability as a structural technician.
• Attention to detail, ensuring all details are appropriate and coordinated with other disciplines internally and externally.
• Problem-solving skills.

Personal Qualities:

• Confident and self-motivated.
