Job summary

gpac is partnering with a structural steel fabricator in the Woodburn, Oregon area to identify a seasoned Project Manager. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage third-party relationships, and lead project team members. Client follow-up and retention are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Construction Management degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of structural steel fabrication and construction experience.
• Knowledge of all building phases from pre-construction to closeout.
• Excellent time management, cost control, and communication skills.
• Experience on public education projects required.

Skills And Requirements
