Job summary

MK Consulting Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee steel construction projects from planning through execution. You will review plans, specifications and contracts, ensure alignment with bid documents, and coordinate with vendors, general contractors and engineers to deliver complex builds on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years directly in structural steel fabrication, proficient use of Tekla EPM and Excel templates, and a track record of managing large commercial projects in

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct experience in steel fabrication focused projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans/documents/contracts.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, GC's, architects, engineers and detailers.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans, documents, specs and contracts.
• Plan, organize and control large commercial steel projects.
• Review bid documents and scope of work.
• Communicate with vendors, GC's, architects and engineers.

Summary

Responsible for managing projects for small to large, often complex steel construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts
• Planning, Organizing, and Controlling large commercial building project
• Reviews and understands bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work.
• Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates. (or similar software experience)
• Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts.
