Job summary

LeoForce in Greenfield, NH is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager specializing in structural steel within the manufacturing industry. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, specifically structural steel.
• Proven cost analysis, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, risk assessment, negotiation, subcontracting, and blueprint reading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of structural steel industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of structural steel projects from inception to completion.
• Perform detailed cost analyses and budgeting for feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Utilize Excel and MS Project to track progress and report status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
