Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Structural Staff Engineer (EIT) to contribute to design development for dams, hydraulic structures, fisheries facilities, bridges, and water resource projects. You will perform calculations, draft drawings, and help prepare project manuals under a licensed engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in structural or civil engineering from an accredited university.
• Master's in structural engineering is preferred.
• FE exam taken and licensure path toward PE is a plus.
• 0-5+ years of structural design experience; water resources experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform design development for dams, bridges, and water resources projects.
• Prepare design criteria, calculations, and project documentation.
• Develop drawings by hand or CAD; review specs and project manuals.
• Support construction services, including site inspections and submittal responses.
