Job summary

SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a talented Structural Revit Technician to join our Charlotte, North Carolina office. The role focuses on producing accurate Revit models and construction documents, collaborating with structural engineers, architects, and MEPFP professionals.

You will develop detailed drawings in Revit, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure adherence to drafting standards while communicating effectively with project teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in structural drafting/modeling using Revit
• Strong understanding of building systems and construction practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience using AutoCAD is also desired
• Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings, sketches, sections, and details in Revit
• Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with architectural and MEPFP systems
• Ensure compliance with company drafting standards and project requirements
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and review of shop drawings
