Job summary

SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Structural Revit Technician to produce high-quality Revit models and construction documents. You will collaborate with engineers and coordinate with architectural systems while ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Description

As a Structural Revit Technician, you’ll play a vital role in producing accurate and high-quality Revit models and construction documents.

What You’ll Do

• Develop detailed drawings, sketches, sections, and details in Revit
• Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with architectural and MEPFP systems
• Ensure compliance with company drafting standards and project requirements
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and review of shop drawings

Requirements

• Associate degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in structural drafting/modeling using Revit
• Strong understanding of building systems and construction practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience using AutoCAD is also desired
• Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
