Job summary

The Falcon Group is seeking a Structural Project Manager to lead repair, restoration, and evaluation work for Jersey City projects. You will manage tasks from design conception through construction, including inspections, reporting, and coordination with clients and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in engineering consulting, OSHA 30-hour certification, and a Civil/Structural Engineering degree. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in engineering consulting or construction.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent.
• Valid United States driver’s license; travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal kick-offs, milestones, and closeouts for projects.
• Verify schedules and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
• Conduct on-site inspections; document conditions and perform field testing.
• Prepare field and opinion reports; review change orders and payment applications.
• Communicate project status and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
