Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience performing engineering calculations and design work
• Knowledge of structural principles and applied engineering fundamentals
• Experience with 3D CAD or engineering design software
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer custom structural systems and fabricated steel assemblies
• Perform structural calculations, load analysis, and design validation
• Apply engineering principles and codes to ensure safe and effective designs
• Develop and review 3D models and engineering documentation
• Partner with project management, manufacturing, drafting, and customer-facing teams
• Evaluate design modifications and customer-driven changes
• Support projects from initial release through production
• Participate in occasional field verification and site-related activities
