Job summary

Jobot in the Greater Milwaukee Area is seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer with a PE license and 10+ years of experience to lead design and analysis on commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

You will review drawings, stamp calculations, and work closely with PMs, architects, and contractors while performing site visits to ensure design intent and codes compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires PE licensure and 10+ years in structural engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (RISA, SAP2000, ETABS).
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ACI, AISC and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors across all phases.

Job Details

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in the construction industry
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ACI, AISC, and other relevant building codes and standards
